Fraudster In $60M British Telecom Scheme Gets 7 Years

Law360, Dallas (March 20, 2013, 5:55 PM EDT) -- A Texas federal judge on Wednesday handed down a seven-year sentence to a man accused of providing the initial seed money for a $60 million telecom scam targeting Verizon Communications Inc. unit MCI and London-based BT Group PLC.
