USAA, Special Investigators Strike Tentative Deal

Law360, New York (December 14, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- After taking their dispute before a mediator in October, the parties in a collective action that accuses the United Services Automobile Association of violating the law by denying its special investigators overtime pay have told the court overseeing the case that they have reached a settlement in principle.
