ConEd Kicks Solow Suit Over Plant's Tax Value In $300M Deal

Law360, New York (March 19, 2013, 8:09 PM EDT) -- A New York state judge on Monday dismissed a breach of contract suit brought by developer Sheldon Solow's East River Realty Co. alleging Consolidated Edison Co. of New York Inc. inflated the tax value of a former power plant it sold to East River as part of a $300 million portfolio.
