Apple Wants Damages Trial Ahead Of Samsung Patent Appeal

Law360, New York (March 19, 2013, 2:38 PM EDT) -- Apple Inc. on Monday urged a California federal judge to schedule a damages trial stemming from an order slashing over $450.5 million from a jury verdict in favor of Apple in its patent battle with Samsung Electronics Co. Inc., saying it can’t appeal the order without a final judgment.
