NY Appeals Court Gives Strine NYSE Merger Row, For Now

Law360, New York (March 19, 2013, 8:32 PM EDT) -- A New York appeals court on Friday stayed litigation over NYSE Euronext Inc.'s $8.2 billion sale to Intercontinental Exchange Inc. until a hearing next month in parallel Delaware litigation, handing Chancellor Leo Strine a big win in his long-running tug-of-war with New York courts.
