Health Providers Brace For Tougher False Claims Statutes

Law360, New York (March 21, 2013, 4:48 PM EDT) -- Federal health officials told states last week that they must keep their false claims laws in step with the federal False Claims Act in order to collect big financial incentives, troublesome news for many heath care providers who could face a more united, and stricter, regulatory regime.
