Feds Slam KBR's Bid For Help Against Toxic Exposure Suits

Law360, Los Angeles (March 19, 2013, 3:32 PM EDT) -- The federal government on Monday urged the Court of Federal Claims to reject KBR Inc.’s suit seeking at least $15 million in indemnification for its defense against suits brought by military personnel who were injured by toxic chemical agents while guarding an oil-related facility in Iraq, saying the court lacks jurisdiction.
