Indian Harbor Can't Keep Pollution Coverage Suit In NY

Law360, New York (March 20, 2013, 5:11 PM EDT) -- Lead pigment maker NL Industries Inc. on Tuesday succeeded in moving to New Jersey federal court Indian Harbor Insurance Co.’s lawsuit alleging it has no duty to defend the company in litigation over the cost of cleaning up heavy metal contamination in that state.
