Warner Bros. Escapes Ex-Drug Trafficker's Name-Rights Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (March 20, 2013, 4:42 PM EDT) -- A California judge Wednesday threw out a right of privacy lawsuit against Warner Bros. Records Inc. alleging that rapper Rick Ross misappropriated the name and identity of former drug kingpin "Freeway" Ricky Ross, saying the convicted cocaine trafficker waited too long to bring his claims.
