Ex-Hoboken IT Manager Cops To Harvesting Mayor's Emails

Law360, New York (March 20, 2013, 6:42 PM EDT) -- A former information technology manager with Hoboken, N.J., pled guilty Wednesday to intercepting emails meant for the town's mayor and other city officials and leaking those communications to others.

Appearing before U.S. District Judge Esther Salas in Newark, Patrick Ricciardi, 46, of Hoboken, copped to accessing a computer without authorization, the interception of wire and electronic communications, and the disclosure of those communications, according to U.S. Attorney Paul Fishman.
