Samsung Calls For Info On Apple's Pricing Strategies

Law360, New York (March 20, 2013, 6:54 PM EDT) -- Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. is demanding that Apple Inc. hand over documents showing how prices for the iPhone and other products allegedly infringed by the South Korean company are determined, according to court documents filed Tuesday in California.

As the electronics rivals prepare for a second U.S. patent trial, Samsung filed a motion to compel production of documents related to the pricing of Apple products targeted in the litigation, including the iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, iPod Touch and Mac computers.
