Ceglia Atty Can't Exit Facebook Ownership Row, Judge Says

Law360, New York (March 21, 2013, 1:46 PM EDT) -- The attorney for now-indicted Paul Ceglia, who is suing Mark Zuckerberg for a 50 percent stake in Facebook Inc., lost a bid to withdraw from the suit Wednesday, after a New York magistrate judge ruled that a quick end to the “highly unusual” case required his participation.
