Judge Slashes RE Tycoon's Suits Against NYC Partners

Law360, New York (March 21, 2013, 5:28 PM EDT) -- A New York state judge on Wednesday pared down lawsuits a real estate tycoon has fired off at two of his partners over alleged mismanagement of Manhattan's iconic Seagram Building and other trophy properties, saying the buildings' ownership structures block some claims.
