Hollinger's Radler Gets 29 Months Via Plea Deal

Law360 (December 17, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A judge has accepted onetime Conrad Black cohort F. David Radler's plea deal with the government, sentencing the former president of Hollinger International Inc. to just 29 months in prison in exchange for assisting government prosecutors.

Judge Amy St. Eve of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois handed down that sentence, made in accordance with his original plea agreement, along with a $250,000 fine on Monday.
