Feds Probe For Insider Trading At Bear's Failed Funds

Law360 (December 17, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the U.S. attorney's office for the Eastern District of New York have reportedly launched a probe into claims of insider trading at Bear Stearns Cos. associated with its two failed hedge funds.
