Plaintiffs Seek Final Blessing Of $4.9M Merrill Pact

Law360, New York (December 17, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- The plaintiffs in a suit against Merrill Lynch are asking for final approval of a $4.9 million settlement, while lead plaintiffs' counsel is asking the court to award one-quarter of the settlement to cover the plaintiffs' attorneys' fees and for permission to distribute the award among the rest of the lawyers for the plaintiffs.
