Judge Scolds Attys For Snubbing Whistleblowers In FCA Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (March 22, 2013, 8:54 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Thursday scolded counsel for diagnostic services provider Kan-Di-Ki LLC, ruling the lawyers broke court rules by not trying to meet and confer with whistleblowers' attorneys before filing a summary motion in a False Claims Act suit.
