Toyota, Plaintiffs Clash Over Future Of Acceleration MDL

Law360, New York (March 22, 2013, 5:43 PM EDT) -- Toyota Motor Corp. and plaintiffs allegedly injured by an acceleration defect proposed plans for moving forward with multidistrict litigation on Thursday following the settlement of most of the claims against the company, with the parties at loggerheads over bellwether selection and discovery.
