Swire's $1B Miami Project Gets City's OK For Expansion

Law360, Miami (March 28, 2013, 7:48 PM EDT) -- Swire Properties Ltd. gained approval from the city of Miami on Thursday to expand its nearly $1 billion mixed-use development, now known as Brickell CityCentre, to include a seventh tower on an adjacent parcel to the north.
