SandRidge Investor Suit Targets CEO's 'Unethical' Moves

Law360, New York (March 25, 2013, 1:56 PM EDT) -- Embattled oil and gas firm SandRidge Energy Inc. on Friday was plunged into further turmoil as investors launched a derivative suit in Oklahoma federal court accusing company directors of being complicit in the chief executive's “highly unethical and outrageous" competing side business.
