Post-Scandal, Trustee Balks At St. Vincent Fees

Law360, New York (December 18, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A U.S. trustee is balking at Huron Consulting Services LLC's $17 million bid for fees and expenses for its work on St. Vincent Catholic Medical Centers, citing a conflict of interest that she said the restructuring consultants failed to disclose.
