HHS Wants NY To Refund $27M In Improper Medicaid Claims

Law360, New York (March 26, 2013, 3:00 PM EDT) -- Federal regulators are accusing the New York Department of Health of improperly claiming more than $27.4 million worth of Medicaid funds from 2005 through 2009 and are asking the state agency to pay back the full amount, according to a report published Monday.
