Deutsche Bank Settles Enron "Megaclaim"

Law360 (December 18, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- The 10th of the 11 so-called megaclaim settlements between defunct energy company Enron Corp.'s creditors and major investment banks has been reached, this time with Deutsche Bank entities agreeing to pay out $25 million to settle claims that they contributed to Enron's fraud.
