Landry's Targets Rival, Ex-Manager In Noncompete Suit

Law360, Houston (March 27, 2013, 6:04 PM EDT) -- Restaurant titan Landry's Inc. on Tuesday hit a former manager and a competing hospitality company with a suit in Texas court, alleging the manager is stealing Landry's employees to help run an upscale rival steakhouse, violating employment agreements he signed.
