Allscripts Drops Suit Over $300M NYC Hospitals Contract

Law360, New York (March 27, 2013, 3:34 PM EDT) -- Allscripts Healthcare Solutions Inc. has dropped a suit seeking to overturn a $303 million electronic medical records contract that New York City’s public hospital system awarded to one of Allscripts' rivals, it announced Friday, after arguing its bid had been unfairly ignored.
