2nd Circ. Revives Customer Suits Over Frozen Bank Accounts

Law360, New York (March 27, 2013, 7:40 PM EDT) -- The Second Circuit on Wednesday reopened class actions claiming TD Bank NA and Capital One Bank NA should pay damages for freezing New York customer accounts at the behest of their creditors, saying the relevant law regarding whether customers can sue banks directly is unclear.
