Wagner & Jones, Others Disqualified In Fidelity Wage Case
By Ciaran McEvoy (March 27, 2013, 4:26 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge Monday disqualified Wagner & Jones LLP and three other plaintiffs' law firms from representing dozens of individual plaintiffs in a wage-and-hour suit against Fidelity National Management Services LLC after they used a confidential employee list to contact them following an unsuccessful class certification bid.
Wagner & Jones and fellow plaintiffs' counsel Markham Law Firm, Clark Law Firm and the United Employees Law Group PC had sought to represent 110 former and current Fidelity employees in California who allegedly worked off-the-clock and didn't receive overtime compensation on their bonuses or commissions.
