Oil Tycoon's Goldman Sachs Financing Suit Sent To NY

Law360, New York (March 28, 2013, 1:39 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey federal judge on Wednesday rejected oil tycoon Jack J. Grynberg's attempt to stall his suit accusing Goldman Sachs Group Inc. of blocking capital financing for his companies from being transferred to New York, saying Grynberg couldn't justify keeping the suit in New Jersey.

U.S. District Judge Claire Cecchi denied Grynberg's motion for a preliminary injunction against the transfer to the Southern District of New York, saying he hasn't shown a likelihood of success on the merits and there are no clear New Jersey...
