Wilson Elser Faces $1.5M Malpractice Suit Over Lost Property

Law360, New York (March 27, 2013, 7:58 PM EDT) -- Law firm Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dickler LLP and former partner Edward Boyle were hit with a $1.5 million malpractice action in New York state court Tuesday alleging it failed to ask for tax documents that would have left their client with a 50 percent stake in a valuable Florida property.
