Quest Can't Duck Claims That It Pushed Out Older Sales Reps

Law360, New York (March 28, 2013, 5:13 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey federal judge on Thursday refused to sink a putative class action claiming Quest Diagnostics Inc. forced out older salespeople using an evaluation system designed to deny them proper severance, finding enough evidence to sustain benefits and discrimination claims for now.
