Del Monte Hit With Injunction In Fresh Fruit Fight

Law360, New York (March 28, 2013, 11:26 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Thursday hit Del Monte Corp. with an injunction banning the company from mislabeling products to create the illusion they contain fresh fruit, a year after a jury awarded $13 million to rival Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. in a trademark and false advertising dispute.
