Generic Darvocet Cos.' Mass Action Jurisdiction Claim Denied

Law360, New York (March 29, 2013, 2:05 PM EDT) -- A California judge on Thursday found that McKesson Corp. and other pharmaceutical companies targeted over cardiac issues linked to generic versions of painkillers Darvocet and Darvon could not justify federal removal by claiming an individual case is part of a larger mass action.
