Wal-Mart Contractor Misled Workers In OT Case, Judge Finds

Law360, New York (March 29, 2013, 2:00 PM EDT) -- Warehouse operator and Wal-Mart Stores Inc. contractor Schneider Logistics Transloading & Distribution Inc. coerced and misled employees while interviewing them about possible wage-and-hour violations at issue in a putative class action against the company, a California federal judge said Monday.
