EEOC Wins 5th Circ. Rehearing In Same-Sex Harassment Suit

Law360, New York (March 29, 2013, 5:05 PM EDT) -- The Fifth Circuit granted a U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission rehearing bid Wednesday in a same-sex harassment suit involving a iron worker who said his supervisor subjected him to homophobic epithets, agreeing to revisit a panel decision the EEOC said conflicted with U.S. Supreme Court case law.
