5th Circ. Says Bankruptcy Court Erred In Nixing WARN Act Suit

Law360, New York (March 29, 2013, 4:55 PM EDT) -- The Fifth Circuit on Friday revived an putative adversary class action brought by a former executive of bankrupt workplace education company TWL Corp., finding the bankruptcy court denied class certification and dismissed the suit without providing adequate reasoning for its orders.
