3rd. Circ. Pressed To Reinstate 12 Suits In Asbestos MDL

Law360, Philadelphia (April 3, 2013, 2:18 PM EDT) -- A plaintiffs' attorney in the massive multidistrict litigation over asbestos consolidated in Pennsylvania's Eastern District told a Third Circuit panel Wednesday that the federal judge overseeing the litigation improperly dismissed the cases of 12 of his clients who were allegedly exposed while on the job.
