Ex-Blackwater Contractors Must Arbitrate Retaliation Claims

Law360, New York (April 1, 2013, 3:00 PM EDT) -- An arbitrator can decide if two former Blackwater Worldwide contractors must arbitrate their allegations that the private military contractor fired them after they testified in a False Claims Act case, a Virginia federal judge ruled Friday.
