MGA's Trade Secrets Claim On Brink In Bratz Case

Law360, Los Angeles (April 1, 2013, 4:39 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge appeared reluctant Monday to allow MGA Entertainment Inc. to revive its Bratz doll trade secrets claim against Mattel Inc. after the Ninth Circuit tossed a jury's $172.5 million award, but indicated he may allow an immediate appeal of any decision.
