Developer Loses Fight Over Shopping Mall Tenants

Law360, Philadelphia (April 1, 2013, 2:52 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge found Thursday that shopping center developer Wolfson-Verrichia Group Inc. failed to show that a rival used its position as a broker to improperly convince several national retail chains to open stores in shopping centers in which it had a financial interest, tossing its suit.
