Aereo Backed By 2nd Circ. In Streaming TV Copyright Case

Law360, New York (April 1, 2013, 2:20 PM EDT) -- Streaming TV service Aereo Inc. scored a significant victory Monday over TV networks accusing it of copyright infringement when the Second Circuit refused to shut down the service and held that it likely does not infringe.
