Law360, Houston (April 1, 2013, 8:08 PM EDT) -- A modular building manufacturer on Friday urged a Texas appeals court to uphold a $4.4 million verdict against its former lawyer and an executive who allegedly violated their employment agreements by stealing customers and confidential information in order to build a competing company.
