AB InBev Accused Of Retaliation Over Watered-Down Beer Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (April 1, 2013, 8:58 PM EDT) -- An ex-Anheuser-Busch InBev NV employee-turned-lawyer on Friday urged a California federal judge to dismiss the company's trade secrets suit against him, accusing AB InBev of retaliation over his role in a class action alleging the company watered down its beer.
