Ford Slammed Over Fuel Efficiency Estimates In Hybrids

Law360, New York (April 2, 2013, 2:16 PM EDT) -- Ford Motor Co. has overstated the fuel efficiency of its 2013 Fusion and C-Max Hybrid vehicles by as much as 10 miles per gallon and breached its contract with consumers who relied on the estimates, alleges a proposed class action removed to Florida federal court Monday.
