Law360, New York (April 2, 2013, 8:19 PM EDT) -- The New Jersey authority responsible for the construction and renovation of the state’s public schools adopted on Monday new procedures for design-build contracts for school construction projects in an effort to comply with an appellate court’s order that the authority change its excessively discretionary bidding process.
