Contractors Found Liable For $21M Pavement Project's Delays

Law360, New York (April 2, 2013, 4:53 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge ruled Monday that general contractor AMEC Earth & Environmental Inc. and its subcontractor, a joint venture between Nippo Corp. and International Bridge Corp., were liable for delays and cost overruns on a $21.2 million U.S. Air Force runway repaving project in Guam.
