ETP Unit Must Face $162M Property Tax Suit, Texas Court Says

Law360, New York (April 3, 2013, 1:33 PM EDT) -- A Texas appeals court ruled Tuesday that an Energy Transfer Partners LP subsidiary must continue litigation over its obligation to pay property taxes on $162 million worth of natural gas stored in Harris County, saying it didn't exhaust its administrative remedies before filing an appeal.
