TigerSwan's Suit Over Iraq Security Contract Kept Alive

Law360, New York (April 3, 2013, 1:40 PM EDT) -- TigerSwan Inc. can continue its suit accusing the government of improperly canceling its contracts for security services in Iraq and Afghanistan and steering the work to Aegis Defence Services Ltd., a U.S. Court of Federal Claims judge ruled Tuesday, finding that it was premature to dismiss the case.
