Texas Appeals Court Affirms Ford Win In SUV Rollover Action

Law360, New York (April 3, 2013, 8:15 PM EDT) -- A Texas appellate court reaffirmed Wednesday that Ford Motor Co. isn't liable for a Ford Explorer rollover accident that killed a teenager, ruling a trial court correctly allowed Ford to introduce evidence that the deceased wasn't wearing a seat belt during the accident.
