Bankruptcy Judge Rips ATP Over Late $3M Royalty Payments

Law360, Houston (April 4, 2013, 6:36 PM EDT) -- A Texas bankruptcy judge on Thursday hammered ATP Oil & Gas Corp. for defying his order to hand over nearly $3 million in royalty payments to Macquarie Investments LLC and Keba Energy LLC.
