US Bank Can't Get $23M From Bankrupt Trump Tower Builder

Law360, New York (April 4, 2013, 2:09 PM EDT) -- A New York bankruptcy judge on Wednesday denied U.S. Bank NA's attempt to secure a $22.8 million state court judgment from a bankrupt developer that took out a roughly $17 million loan to build a Trump-branded hotel and luxury condos in Philadelphia, but then never started the project.
